We went on a tour of Florida for our vacation! 10+ hours in the car to Jax on Friday, July 10. Back in the car on Saturday to make a pass through Gainesville then on to Lido Beach! After a PERFECT week on Lido we headed to the Magic Kingdom for the day on our way back to Jax!

So, we were raised coming to this beach every summer with my cousins from West Palm. After some life changing events we stopped coming for a while. As an adult i HAD to come back. I cry as soon as i get here becuase it still smells the same...brings back so many happy memories.
One the last night of our vacation we came out to the shore to watch the sunset, and we heard someone calling our names...Ali turned around and said, "oh my gosh, Libby, it's Uncle Chris." So, so, so, many memories on this beach with him...and here he was, with his sweet wife Joette, i, of course, cried!

When we left Lido on Saturday morning we headed north to Tampa on 75, then took a right on I-4 to Orlando...we were Magic Kingdom bound!
